A 12 Week Journey Back to You
At some point in your grief journey, you’ll wonder if you’ve done all you can.

You might be feeling stuck and not sure how to move forward.
You might sense there is something more waiting for you.
If you’re here, you may feel like your loss changed you in ways you’re still trying to understand.
Somewhere along the way, you lost part of yourself. And now you’re wondering who you are — and who you want to be next.
The How Do I Live Program is an invitation to gently find your way back to yourself. We’ll start the first week in March 2026.
When my son Ben died, I was shattered into pieces on the ground. They were all around my feet. Parts of me…the me I had been before.
My arms were already full of pieces and there were more at my feet.
I struggled to know which pieces I needed.
I wondered what my life would be without him and the future I’d envisioned
And who was I NOW?
I knew I wanted to rebuild who I was intentionally. The next version of me wasn’t going to be an accident.
Over the next two years I discovered that rebuilding was possible . That one step at a time, one decision at a time I could find me again.

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline. Your loss may be recent, or it may be decades old. Either way, you might feel ready to carry your grief with more peace and more love — and to begin shaping a future that honours both your loss and your life.
This program isn’t about leaving grief behind.
It’s about learning how to live alongside it with compassion, clarity, and intention.
Over 12 weeks, we’ll come together in a warm, supportive community to explore what matters to you now. You’ll be guided through reflections, conversations, and gentle practices that help you reconnect with your inner voice and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.
You don’t have to do this alone.
In These 12 Weeks We Will:
Explore how grief has shaped you — and what is emerging now
- Reconnect with your values, needs, and desires
- Create space to imagine what you want your life to look like next
- Take small, intentional steps forward with gentle accountability
- Build community with others who understand this season of becoming
This is a space where you can move at your own pace. There is no pressure to be “finished” with grief. Only an invitation to grow in ways that feel honest and supportive.
This journey is for you if:

- You feel disconnected from yourself and want to reconnect
- You’re longing for support, community, and understanding
- You want guidance and gentle structure as you take your next steps
What you can expect:
- Weekly live group coaching sessions
- Three 60 minute one on one sessions with me during the program
- Guided reflections and practical exercises between meetings
- A private, compassionate community space
- Steady encouragement and accountability
By the end of our time together, you may not have every answer. But you will feel more grounded in who you are becoming — and more confident walking toward a future that feels like yours again.
